It's prob. better to say that they could pick up on my body language same as I could do for them. Sometimes I read their faces or a certain way they meow and I know what they want from me. Is that reading our minds or simply intelligence at work? All my cats have been indoor cats their whole lives so they really only have me (and my friends) to study. One of my cats loves to sit at my feet and stare up at me as if he just cant take his eyes off of me! *L* This is when I wish he could speak english or I could speak cat.
