Another Ultimate Cat Toy

The last time I talked “ultimate cat toy,” many people were happy with the suggestion. Many people wanted something even more reasonable.

When we talk “extreme cat toys,” we are usually talking about wand toys, because wand toys get our cats on their feet and thinking fast. The wand toy requires our input; and that is why our cat likes it.

They prefer to pit their abilities against ours, and they prefer to play with us.

My choice for “best bang for the buck” is The Cat Dancer.

The Cat Dancer gets its action from a coiled wire; thick enough not to hurt anyone, but thin enough to get the job done.

It has these advantages:

  • Disappears as the cat focuses on the toy at the end
  • Adds lifelike motion to the toy
  • Too lightweight to damage anything
  • Simple and inexpensive, so we can have more than one
  • Easily wound up and put away in the smallest of places
  • Just the thing to wear out our cat.

The cat dancer complete also comes with a little sticky paw thing with which you can stick the cat dancer to your wall so that the cats can knock themselves out even when you’re not there.

I have heard of this toy before and hear that it is the cat’s favorite toy. Guess I might have to break down and get one. Sure looks like funn.
Hope you have a really nice day.
