James Bond
James Bond is a very intelligent cat who lives in a world of paranoia and intrigue. He is always plotting and planning; even though his schemes don’t always work out the way he hoped they would.
I think James’ intelligence feeds his imagination, which gives him plenty of ways to see how things could go terribly wrong. He might be James Bond, but Caution is his middle name.
His golden years are being brightened by the presence of Olwyn, who has been painstakingly trained to be a Supervisor par exellence, as he is. From the snow sliding off the roof in winter to the olive jar rattling in the fridge in summer, nothing escapes James Bond’s keen observational skills.
His secret is, his grumpy exterior hides a big marshmallow heart. He might complain about Tristan, but he will also watch over him. He pretended anoyance about RJ sleeping on him when RJ was a kitten, but he knew RJ needed the closeness. And he’s almost openly thrilled with Olwyn’s hero worship of him.
Because he actually didn’t get his name because of these qualities; he got it because he Bonded with me so tightly.
